This is a performance based game , Alex Biggs witnessed this too , As did Gerald at BM8. AC I assume is safe for now but I would expect the same fate if we are at these prices next year and with continuous slow news flow, the board won't be liking that . All these guys have signed contracts where the board can terminate at any time, what is that time? poor performance ,so lets see what the next three months bring. But Gerald leaving sends a big sign to AC to get going .
