To conservative and not enough updates. When times get tough you stand up and face it and over come it. To me he's doing the opposite, hiding and what got me was it was every excuse in the book. How about taking some responsibility . We are at lows or close to it so we may as well have a big do over. CRR needs fixing and the guys in charge will do it.
