Yer, also possible that they are reconsidering if supplying to China will negatively impact their options in terms of government funding. I hope its VHM reconsidering and stalling. Have notice they have been talking more about creating a Critical Minerals Province in Victoria (which is code for give us Government money to build the future). Much has changed recently in the Geopolitical space and it's smart to review their options. I have no doubt there are many O/S companies who would want to do an offtake with VHM - making the best decision for shareholders is key.
