Could be - also could be a buying chance for others. Even a negative response could be overturned by the Minister - we get to see how desperate the Vic Govt is for money - its all a calculated gamble. Some may be selling for tax purposes I told that's popular at this time of year. Personally I'm adding and have done over the past two days.
