Don't get me wrong i think it is great buying at these levels, i wish i had some spare cash and i do agree i think some of it is tax loss selling, but for a project to be worth an NPV of $1.5 billion and the whole company worth $80 million something doesn't quite add up. I don't think management have been too good at telling the story either.
Would love to be proven wrong.
