I read at as 60% of production offtake agreed of the volume the plant produces onces it's fully commissioned ie has hit nameplate. So any commissioning amount produced if not used in trials would form part of the initial stockpiles that go to Shenge.
not sure what the commissioning time to achieve this would be (but not a complex plant/process).
So would be a 3 year offtake agreement starting at say end of 2026 when the plant is fully up and running.
question I've now got is was it for the 1.5mtpa or also applies to the 5mtpa (which plan seems to be by the end of the 3 years 2-3 more trains would be running but self funded).
