No idea mate, I'm more of a value investor rather than trader. I do expect markets to have a crash but think they might safe haven into commodities as macro. And there's the general global swordfight going on re REEs so its definitely in demand and on the radar. Pg 8 of the below - they're heading into detailed engineering.. but talking about a pot prepayment for the next offtake. So suspect that's the main focus - who the next offtake goes to and any matched equity stakes. Then into debt agreements with a CR to shareholders also.
