people anchor in their minds the last price
so $1.35 is anchored even though only a small amount of the total raised, was done at this price
buyers on market today are buying at 1.20ish, sellers are mostly taking profit (or cutting their losses on a stag gamble)
we have built as asset privately and the next phase to raise hundreds of millions more probably needs to be done on the public markets, lets see the progress through the year
