As per the prospectus, VPM was an inspecie distribution to existing shareholders and notes holders on the record date of 16-June-2022. As shares purchased in the IPO are after the record date, they do not qualify for this distribution. The distribution was deferred for convertible notes holders until the notes were converted into VHM shares at the time of the IPO, and this is what @Flying Roo is referring to.
