Gina would be associated with one of those banks like HSBC. Probably the culprit for lending out shares…after all who else knows exactly the intricate details of this progress. This was my issue with these so called ‘strategic investors’ getting involved. I’m only speculating, but I have lost faith in the greed from the corporates.

As someone said above, who else has the right to loan that many shares (almost 88M now short).

Also, the register cannot be taken as gospel. As different entities are not shown.

For instance: if I register as a trust, company and SMSF, the shares are not combined.

This register in the annual report looks at each entity in its own right.

So there may be people in the top 20 that have shares in three seperate entities-2.5M in each entity. That’s not uncommon.

We probably want to read a key person/stakeholder - top 20.
