Yes @razzle7 I wrote to Hancock Prospecting PL on the 20th Aug, suggesting "the need" for HP to consider a nomination for Board Seat at the upcoming ARU AGM.
It will be interesting to see if GR/HP have nominated a candidate. I guess we find out when the AGM papers are sent out....
I wouldn't hold my breath though.....my gut tells me HP are just holding back for now, providing advice to BOD/management on a regular basis, and are probably assessing the likelihood of increasing their stake to say 15-19.9% with/when there is a next CR prob in Aug 2024, with a view to nominating a HP Pty Ltd representative for the Board at that stage (nominations likely to close around Aug 28th-Aug 31st 2024).
They are leaving it to the currently experienced team of GL/PS/SW to get all the "paperwork" done and the early ordering/early works (SW), with a view to having all this wrapped up by Dec 2023, then full steam ahead with Processing Plant construction.

All IMVHO, DYOR (cause I have), GLTA(patient)LTH "Build it they will come for more" LTH over 1.0mil but less than5.0 mil shares.
