The AGM paperwork confirmed that HP/GR did not nominate a candidate for BOD this year, as I said in a post (the one I'm replying to) a few days ago, it was highly unlikely, but highly likely that Aug 2024 will see a candidate put up, probably just saved us 90 or so grand in Director fees for this coming year with Zhang resigning in May 2023 and no replacement. Its management that have got to get these final binding Offtakes completed (but BOD should oversee the terms, etc).
I found it very interesting that Hancock Prospecting likely crept up the register with their buying prior to the Dec 2022 placement of $60mil (@$0.37 that would be 162.162mil shares) and they have 211.548mil in total after the Dec/Jan placement (Tranche 1 and 2), SO prior to the placement they had (211.548-162.162mil) = 49.386mil shares already...... (out of a total in early Dec of 1,727.445 mil (1.7bil)) = 2.86% holding. Nothing stopping her from creeping up to a 11.0% holding at this stage All have a good weekend.

All IMVHO, DYOR (cause I have), GLTA(patient)LTH "Build it they will come for more" LTH over 1.0mil but less than 5.0 mil shares.
