All fine - new dates by chairman (which again saw the short position increase substantially as they do keep being fed good news to feast) is "the goal is to close out offtakes by this calendar year - with financial close this FY". The pending remaining offtakes will give certainty on whom will be key financiers which sees Ueler Hermes large financing at head of the pack - one can clearly see the heightened - very concerned Germans and EU auto manufacturers - a key - massive and proud industry starting to fret re Chinese auto imports with German trade minister meeting with Chinese ministers in China last week and the French govt recent release on - well basically a block of Chinese auto imports and even Korean mentioned.

Anyway AGM in a couple of weeks - perhaps something prior or soon after on those final offtakes. The interesting one is GE - it has been in discussions for a long time - then came up with the more recent Canadian Export Credit 300USD million - perhaps this one is the one taking longer given it was most recent - and in a way is responsible for delay in closing out other more advanced binding offtakes. The GE offtake as advised is substantial - yet so to is the Korean locked in and EU potentially. Of course once critical offtakes announced - much news will follow - 2x OZ gov 350 million would be soon first up to go binding - followed by other more significant finance binders and on with major construction phase.
