While I dream of $1 SP in few years....
I see the huge capital cost could drive SP to 8c or lower...
Look at market peers... mining is risky investment...
Core Lithium raised capital when they are producing & $100M cash in bank....
Similar situation with Sayona Mining...
Now Liontown raising capital....
For Arafura , has to survive 2 years before producing anything...
REO margin is not even half of lithium margin....
REO price is held high as Chinese the major player & also produce end-products... China will try their best to drive the prices lower once new REO miners start producing outside China....
ARU still at least 5years away from returning profits to shareholders in best scenario... or keep the debt for longer....
I'm wishful thinker... but now accepting reality... waiting outside seems best option for a year or two ....
Yeah, other offtake agreements & labour camp.. not much improved in last two years... SP was 4c not long ago
