No idea, except for China's Graphite restriction ann. and reminded everyone that China has already basically said that same will effectively be happening from (sometime in) 2025 onwards with REs.
Even more amazing is the LYC rally since 1530 from 6.08 to (high) 6.97 over 13% jump in 15 mins !! Shorters exiting pre an announcement in USA, or has it happened already?
