as i have been saying over the years a snails pace but the question is that can this management deliver instead of all the huff and puff over the years this plant should have been slowly rising out of the ground at a lower capex,build in modules from overseas,like thailand or vietnam then ship it to darwin,

but alas the ball and chain has dragged along but their pay packets have kepted up with the times,the presentations only justify their pay rises

build it they will come but will it be to late or our ages will not allow for us to see the final outcome
