Must say that ECE departure is a good thing imho..
Still have some trinkets somewhere from when they did tour of Oz when they came on board.
Imho they were never interested in supporting ARU but were more focused on blocking unfriendly take off partners.. ie specifically Japanese... Long memories…
Nolans was never going to be easy, complex orebody, separation process and capital intensive.
As TCG mentioned originally hoped for $200m but that escalated quickly as process at ANSTO etc went on.
Norm always said it would be hard work and take years… but would happen, he has been proven correct.
It believe it will happen but still a bumpy road to travel.. getting to production of these types of things is never as easy as it looks.. LYC was looking sketchy at times and had changes at the top along the way.
No issue with being critical of management but personal attacks achieve little, especially without understanding the past.
Will be back on one day.. if just for beers and ice vo vo’s..
All imho and happy for others to have a different view.
