Nah, always been the timeline. All my recent posts have mentioned that binding OTs by late Feb/early March (likely GERenewables) with likely co-announcement of Strategic Equity of $150-200mil; hopefully also , followed by Commercial Funding arrangements in latter March (Commercial Banks-possibly a consortium of up to 10 banks, ECA loans, possibly even Private Equity funding, not to mention GR/HP loans with debt to equity swaps) and finally leading into FID announcement prior to Easter, hopefully along with an even more positive announcement regarding the finalising of a Fixed-Price Construction contract for basically the majority of the Project.
