Could be game on. US and others would have stocked inventory given this Chinese ban on critical minerals was public 18 months ago and of course the urgency to establish new supply chains that is happening at pace - highlighted by the mentioned chip issue and of course the Russia - Ukraine war that highlighted what was obvious - diverse supply chains or be locked out.
One more observation - surely this in time will hasten the need to detach from Chinese pricing which will add much greater benefits here to ARU stakeholders.
