We’ll find out soon enough what this “strategic partner” is all about.

I'm struggling to understand how a BFS can be completed for the project without Stage 1 Commercial Demonstration success.
NRZ does not have the necessary Government Approvals to progress Stage 1. The company has now had 4 years (since first gas from the PCD was announced) to gain these approvals.
If I had a spare $billion or 3, I would be waiting for Govt Approvals Announcements before signing anything.
