J L has been suggesting imminent insolvency for over 4 years ...

Is he still waxing lyrical about dilution? He's ignored by me for a reason, he hasn't quite recognised that a company generating no revenue may struggle to keep the lights on without raising funds through issuing equity. Admittedly, the raising with Energy Exploration Capital Partners has been a shocker, they've done nothing but suppress the share price for the last 15 months, which in turn, has caused plenty of short term frustration for shareholders.

That aside, it has got us to where we are, and a lot has been achieved. Neurizer have half the amount of shares on issue as Strike Energy, yet Neurizer's project is more advanced. Don't expect JL and others to be so active on the other forums, you see, they hold shares in these other companies, and there are also other agendas which shareholders are well aware of.



Let's not forget - Neurizer have a Letter of Support from a major South Korean bank for $1.5b, so what happens if the remaining $600m - $1,200m (to allow for an increase in capex) is achieved through debt, and NRZ can still control around 40-60% of the project...

One would assume the share price would be significantly higher, but I'm sure some will still find a negative..
