    It is worth noting that a term of this "binding" offtake agreement with Daelim is Take or Pay.
    If there is nothing to take, there is obviously nothing to pay for.
    The agreement is worthless at this point in time. Show me a successful commercial demonstration and I might be convinced to change my mind.
