You waste your time, mate. This fact is lost on many of the faithful. Have a reread of the following announcement. Almost all of the conditions favour DL Trading.
"Take or Pay" agreements can have many conditions, and IMO, the penalties placed on DL Trading for any non-compliance are not clearly defined. I also understand that penalties for non-compliance are, in general, less than the full contract price.
NRZ's performance, in many respects, will have to run almost perfectly to plan, or they will be in deep trouble. IMO only.
