Daelim will back this until at least funding, or they go down with investors. Same with KBR.

All the rest doesn't really matter at this point. I imagine without funding Stage 1 has come to crawl. They can get some 3D seismic results back and plan and pick a supply vendor for long lead gas items, but without cash its all just noise.

I hope Daelim has alternative motive, i.e. using Neurizer to strengthen its relationship with SA govemenment
