If i was to have a guess. This is it.
Most likely everything to run the camp but not the operation. I would expect to see the generators housed under purpose built sheds and further away from the camp for exhaust and noise pollution.
The two smaller generators for the camp would be run individually, one to supply power and the other as a backup/for maintenance and fueling. The square next to the generators would be a BFI or cool room of some sorts
