Legman, your question is not totally clear to me but if you mean "are comments made through the EPBC Portal published?", well yes they are, although the person submitting the comment can check a box requiring that their comment be kept confidential if they so wish. Confidential comments can be released under FOI , if someone wants to pursue that.
Somehow, I don't think 50 or 500 or 5000 NRZ shareholders writing in to say;
'this is a great project. And BTW Tony told me to say it isn't a Controlled Action.... and oh Lord, won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz **"
