Voting against the remuneration is not getting rid of the board.
Could you please pass the screenshot below on to JL Cheyne, it's important he gets himself up to speed..
If he thinks their salaries are in line, well perhaps he should buy a few shares and vote for it, otherwise he will remain rather inconsequential, besides the phenomenal biceps he has weighted to his keyboard.
This will be the first step of putting the board on notice, change will happen eventually, it's rather obvious that Phil will not be the MD moving forward with a strategic partner.
The simple fact is they ARE NOT untouchable anymore. This is called democracy, and shareholders can actually have a say and make a difference. If he doesn't like it, can you suggest he purchases a one way ticket to Pyongyang?
