Hey mate,

There will be a lot of people voting at this AGM.

Specifically, AGAINST Resolution 1 - Adoption of the Remuneration Report.

Myself included.
This for me, is a vote against Phil’s tenure…. and I’m hoping the AGAINST vote is well above 25%, for the first strike.

EVERY VOTE COUNTS, so I highly recommend voting, no matter how many shares you hold.

Voting is quite easy, and you would have received the appropriate documentation from Computershare VIA email …. or by post (depending on which you’ve selected, post is the default).

1. EMAIL : Check your junk folder too. You would have received an email from computershare around the 11th October (1 month before the AGM).
- Click on “Appoint a Proxy” and a link will open.
- Enter the postcode of your registered address and follow the prompts.
- Click on “enter your vote”
- Select “ vote all your holding”
- Select “chairman of the meeting” to be your proxy (submits your vote on your behalf)
- Then cast your votes for the items of business

You’re done

2. POST : Most people would have received their paperwork physically, in the mail.
Similar story to above, but you’ll have a QR code that you can scan to get you into the voting section.
