Is there an accountant in the house?

If my understanding is correct, companies such as NRZ have until end of January to lodge tax documents.

On the assumption that they lodged it on time, along with the Application, there would be two months for the processing.

CS seems to think that it will be some reasonable quick computer style generated payout. He might be right, but it might have to undergo some sort of rigorous assessment to ensure that it is all aboveboard. However, I don't think it would be unreasonable to expect it within two months.

It will give them a bit of breathing space.

However, there will have to be an additional source of funding in this quarter, to satisfy the ASX. The $5 million grant will not be enough. IMO.
