General Discussion

Thought I’d start a new thread, hopefully this one encourages all the general discussion on NRZ.

This will make all the back and forths easier to follow, especially since some folks have decided that they need to start an entire new thread whenever they make a post.

So for anyone new, this is where we currently sit:

We are waiting for management to secure PreFID funding (which is somewhere between $50M-$100M).
This will then enable completion of the FEED and then the BFS.
They will then be concurrently sourcing the major portion of the project funding (around $2.6B).

Via our partnership with Daelim, we have a letter of intent with Korean financiers for 70% of that amount, which is why the 500KTPA binding offtake was signed with Daelim last year.

There is also another thread, NRZOA, which explains the options. They expire OCT 2024 and have a strike price of 28c.
