DFC delays only relayed by the man himself.
I for one, never saw any evidence or paper work that our finance application was ever put forward to the DFC in four years.
Usually there was a list of companies with applications for finance that the DFC would review.
LPD to my knowledge never made it on that list.
Unless someone can show me otherwise.
Maybe Joe had all this worked out......
