Yep.That was an early mandatory environmental assessment that the company had to put forward.
My point was, since then no tabled and broken down finance request appeared on the DFC's register to assess and approve funds for feeder.
Only updates given through word of mouth and quarterlies for the best part of two years.
Who knows how serious this finance proposal was or even how far it actually eventuated.
Not good enough really....
