Namibia have already expressed a desire to streamline the number of processors reason being is simple , pointless spending 2 billion on mine processing for individuals groups so sensibly processing would be limited to best serve Namibia not the operators and I hope LPD becomes a partner in that respect well I think its a possibility considering they offer full remediation of land thus Chinas interest might be manifold assuming LPD are going to be involved in processing and it will last a long time , decades so dont despair primary processing is not a bad option to lay the foundations of supply for a large plant and economies of scale, but at the end of the day these are little more than thoughts but its strategically well placed so just have to wait and see
