What is the number of shares the other company has? It’s quite easy for a company to be 8.5 times the value.
The market cap rather than the SP is worth looking at and then you need to establish every other thing like assets and liabilities, cash flow, expenditure, infrastructure already built and where and their current position. Are they operational or how long until they are? Who are their potential partners.. also did the other company consolidate and reduce their shares and why?
Just so many factors to unpack. Even little things like the companies ability to keep shareholders informed and the language and professionalism they use in them.
LPD could be a boost for a lot of people but the lure of the promises of most pennies have many dreaming big. Hopefully these dreams do become a reality.
