    Hi Kel,

Good points. You asked the following questions to those who have been critical of LPD management performance …

“what companies are you comparing to Lepidico?” and

“what projects are you seeing lift off, getting funded?” and

“who or what do their shareholders blame?”

I’m not sure if you realise the trapdoor that has opened up beneath your feet. If I take your question at face value and respond in good faith will you shift goal posts or deflect? Hope not.

What if I mentioned Cornish Lithium. Would it be fair in your eyes to compare LPD management to these guys? I don’t know if you are willing to do that. The Cornish Lithium team has pulled together a cogent mining + funding + financing strategy even though the macro conditions are every bit as challenging as you have described.

What if I mentioned Strategic Metallurgy. I don’t think the shareholders of Strategic Metallurgy are complaining at all. I think they are being rewarded very nicely at the moment and the Chair of LPD happens to be one of them.

I like your enthusiasm but I don’t think it’s healthy to twist ourselves into pretzels trying to explain away the things this team should wear on the chin. You seem a nice person but I think you are working too hard to try and take away other people’s responsibilities. It is the very thing this Board feeds on and IMO has allowed this rot to set in.

Stability or change … how do LPD shareholders refresh this Board and realize some value?

    Go the slow ‘pus
