Will CL acquire LPD cheaply to avoid royalties once scaled up? Seems like an obvious strategy from a CL perspective if they can get LPD cheaply - they also have bargaining strength with SM getting direct fees from the on going CL demonstration plant

LPD have been dangling the carrot for so long now I think it may just rot

but stranger things have happened and things may just be bubbling behind closed doors
