It's the exclusive mandate for the Agent that expires on 31 December 2023. The shortened ASX trading days between now and the end of the year isn't going to make any difference to the Chinese potential customers. As long as a Terms Sheet is signed, then delivery planning can commence.
In parallel, the Board is working towards the chemical plant funding, so there's more upside potential.
