In relation to your point 3 BASF/MOU/LOI, LPD announced on 20 December 2019 "LOI with BASF extended to 31 December 2020".
BASF was mentioned in the June 2020 Quarterly report ("Positive engagement with BASF continues") and in 2020 Annual Report ("We continue to work towards offtake for lithium hydroxide under our letter of intent with BASF SE") then we never heard about BASF again.
At the AGM it was made clear that there were on-going discussions with several prospects - this has been the line since 2020 - we don't know if these are new prospects or if old prospects are still around - too easy to say this without mentioning names because of so called confidentiality concerns.
You are too kind in your support of LPD and management.
I still would like to see JW's explanation of why the Karabib mine and concentrator funding commitment did not eventuate as expected by Dec 31 2023.
