but the underlying factors are more complex due to 80% LPD ownership and the company being Australian based.
Those factors haven't stopped the DFC taking the process through every stage over more thann2 years, it would have been stopped it in its tracks at the beginning if they were an issue.
As you say will find out soon, its largely a hoop jumping exercise and we are going through the final one now
