This notice advises that the US patent for LOH-Max has been accepted (allowed) and will be granted 4-6 weeks after they pay the issue fee.
They have to pay the fee within 3 months, but may not do so right away to allow themselves time to file a continuing application.
A continuing application allows them to add different claims in future (broader or narrower), based on the same drawings and description, to strengthen protection.
A continuing application must be filed before a patent is granted.
