What I reckon the narrative could be.

"We wish to invest in your product, we need more time to prepare".

"We're highly interested in investing in your company, we are waiting for companies to sort their stuff out before we can provide funding to you".

"We're highly interested in investing in your company, we are waiting for lithium prices to improve so that this deal will be profitable in the future as we do not wish to gamble 200+ million in the hopes that lithium will be better valued down the line.

So many moving parts to the deal and particularly a blended deal, and I'm watching our bank balance drop closer to zero every time that quarterly hits.

Clock is ticking, everything is very expensive and the shareholders are first in line to get minced when the bank balance runs dry.
