Accumulation. Was manipulated to appear it was going to open at 0.004 and the 11.7m buy orders responsible for that appearance were removed at the last possible moment...later than the average sh can amend their order as I attempted it while watching. I sold a portion of my holding in that open so as to take up my full entitlement and apply for any shortfall.
