Or I could look at it like if management eased up on the wages a bit then we would have an even greater chance of surviving because let's face it, that's where the majority of money is going.
Maybe if they all showed some real commitment and cut their wages in half then alot more people may see true value in this cr and actually participate.
For me, I've paid enough of their wages.
