The DFC has been sitting on this deal for 12 months too long. Us share holders are frustrated about it, I'd imagine Joe and the boards frustration would be equal or more so.....Plan B is not the model we invested in but at least we have a plan B and if it reduces the capex to get us into production, good, as long as we keep our eye on the prize (the chem plant).
