Suspect this may have been posted already but bears repeating. Currently only lithium production licenses are held by SQM & Albermarle and producing from Salar Atacama. (and Mining Minister Marcela Hernando confirmed "Currently, the only strategic lithium area is the Atacama salt flat", Hernando said).
