We will soon find out about the cost of production with the PFS that is planned for Q1 2024. It will be critical they can produce at a low cost and I assume it will be the case with ore sorting lifting up grades close to 1%, cheaper labour, easy logistics to nearby industrial hubs, valuable by-products and a relatively simple processing technology for lepidolite. If they can show they will produce more cheaply than the majority of spodumene producers like in the bottom third it will be a huge win for profitability.
Many active here have been holding for a while and it can be an emotional roller-coaster to see money shrink by more than half with no relief of when the trend will reverse. Almost all speculative small caps have been smashed and PAM is no exception.
