Having a good feeling about it sadly does not cut it. Director has sold and for whatever reason, one can also question as to why none of the other directors are buying - particularly with such a low share price?? Perhaps feeling cost of living pressures??

Approval processes for permits have been agonizingly slow as are promises of finalization of a number of other issues, confirmation of such negotiations is lacking, which obviously means they are yet to do so.

One can look back to this time last year with less permits and yet sp was higher and directors were seeking performance rights. They did get a positive vote on those rights but as far as sp is concerned, it's performance is dismal.

Yes, markets are less than ideal and could still become worse. If BNL cannot deliver on management promises, then sp may be going even lower then this measly 2c something. During this Q alone sp has retreated 30 odd percent - but of course in the main, silence from management is deafening - apart from some shares being sold by a director who managed to sell somewhat higher then current pricing - perhaps an optimistic poster here bought them. You allude to some delays and to mismanagement - perhaps the two are related?

For a roughly measly $4k after market close sales, sp dipped down one more pip. Great maybe for buyers but somewhat not so for longer term holders. But of course it's another Friday.

A cr is not out of the question - what imperfect timing that would be for management to announce such at these depressed prices and of course, with the usual discount to boot. If so, BNL is perhaps more like hell-ium and our holding will lose even more of it's already meagre value. What value? Just can imagine one yelling sell sell sell - am afraid will have to stick it out come whatever, as no one is getting mine at these levels.

Two more weeks prior to end of fy - let's see what happens from there - can't get worse or can it? Wouldn't want to hold one's breath.
