Great question and so glad many more shareholders now are asking the simple questions.

Why was there a need for 135 staff - whose order approved these hires and why.

We could accept that if they needed 50 staff and was 10% or 20% over staffed that would still just be 60 staff and 10 extra than needed.

Instead they had 135 staff - in hindsight now, was it some way of trying to drain IOU of its funds? These are serious questions to be asked imo. This raises serious questions on what the board has been doing all this time - did they perform their duties, on so many fronts it looks to me that they did not.
