Here are summaries of BOQ - We know today BOQ has just announced a capital adjustment of $50M due to Entry into Enforceable Undertakings with APRA and AISTRAC, which will result in further drop in valuation. But note that the announcement also said: "BOQ may apply for removal of all or part of the capital adjustment when it concludes that it can demonstrate compliance to APRA's satisfaction with commitments in respect of ongoing remediation and the APRA EU".
