Yes to BOQ app but Virgin money very easy and user friendly. Changed my account over and I am happy. It is under maintenance a bit more than the big 4 but I think it is being upgraded so I am happy.
I think this will stabilise once the IT platforms are finalised- probably 2026 snd then the cash will flow to bottomline and cost ratio should drop.
Happy to hold on current yield but share price needs to stabilise otherwise cheeky takeover will happen IMO.
